The main drive to write this blog is the burden in my heart to make a difference in the lives of young girls & women.

The plan is to discuss and provide accurate answers to topics ranging from menarche (first menstruation) to menopause and everything in between with a focus on: menstrual cycles, ovulation, pregnancy, hormones, healthy living, emotional health, & skillfully navigating the different phases of life.

I am thankful to the women who have trusted AND trust me with their experiences, stories, scars, pain, & joy. This blog is dedicated to you.
